Independent legal advice

Each person is encouraged to obtain independent legal advice before entering into any family agreement. An agreement is an important legal document, and independent advice helps ensure you understand your rights and obligations.

No solicitor-client relationship until engaged

Browsing this website, submitting a contact form, or having an initial conversation does not, on its own, create a solicitor-client or professional relationship. A professional relationship is formed only when a written engagement is in place and confirmed by Peace Family Agreements.

Jurisdiction

Our services relate to family agreements governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada. We do not provide services or advice with respect to other jurisdictions.
