Book your free fit call

Pick a time online. In 30 minutes we confirm fit, scope, and the most sensible next step for your situation.

We advise and prepare it

You get a clear plan and a fixed-fee quote in writing. Then we advise, negotiate where it helps, and prepare your agreement.

You sign and it is done

Review it, arrange independent legal advice, sign it, and your agreement is complete.

Before you book

The questions people ask first

What if we do not agree on everything yet?

That is common, and it is often the reason to call. You do not need every issue resolved first. You need a genuine willingness to exchange the information needed and work toward an out-of-court resolution. Hailee can advise and negotiate for one person within her scope, and where a neutral would help, Peace can facilitate a mediator through its network.

Is it legally binding?

We draft and complete a proper written agreement, and both of you are encouraged to obtain independent legal advice before signing. That advice is part of what helps it hold up.

Do we both need a lawyer?

We act for one of you, and we are happy to provide independent legal advice for that one party. The other party should obtain independent legal advice from another family law professional before signing, so each of you has your own independent advice.

Are you a law firm?

Peace Family Agreements is a limited licensee, not a law firm. Within our licensed scope we give legal advice, negotiate, draft, and complete your documents. We do not do litigation or courtroom representation.

A few things we tell every client up front. We act for one party only; the other party should obtain independent legal advice from another qualified family law professional before signing. Solicitor-client privilege may not apply to communications with a limited licensee (not a law firm). No retainer, and no money is ever held on account; your fixed fee is confirmed in writing and billed at milestones as your file moves forward.
