Refund & Cancellation Policy

The $179 consultation

• The consultation is a complete 60-minute session, priced on its own.
• Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice and you get a full refund, or you can move the session at no cost.
• With less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed appointment, the $179 is non-refundable, because that time was reserved for you.
• If you go on to book a package, you get $179 off, so the consultation effectively pays for itself.

Packages and ongoing work

• Every package is a flat fee, confirmed in writing after your intake, and charged automatically as each milestone is reached.
• No money is ever held on account; there is no retainer and no trust account. We keep a credit card securely on account so billing is effortless.
• You can pause or stop at any time. You only pay for the stages already delivered, and you owe nothing for work not yet done.
• If you are ever billed for work that is not delivered, that amount is refunded to you in full.

Court and government fees

• Court filing fees and similar government charges are set by others and paid to them. They are non-refundable once submitted. We tell you these costs up front so there are no surprises.
