Complete Separation Agreement
Everything settled in one agreement.
Best for files involving children, support, property, debt, or several connected terms that are substantially agreed.

Family Suite
Everything we can do within scope, in one package.
For families with children who need a detailed parenting plan, all applicable agreement work, and an uncontested or joint divorce once eligible. Couples without children can discuss an appropriate existing service or custom scope with Hailee.

Starting at $7,997 for the listed scope. Your written quote confirms the total and payment stages. The divorce milestone is billed only if and when the divorce is filed. If you never file, that milestone is never charged. Your fixed fee is confirmed for the agreed scope in writing before work begins. No retainer and no trust account; payment arrangements are set out in your engagement.

Negotiated Separation

Mediation-Guided Resolution
Your advisor, plus a neutral mediator.
Best for someone who needs advice from Peace and also needs a neutral mediator to help both people work through unresolved issues.

Published prices are starting points. Hailee reviews your circumstances and confirms the services and fixed professional fee in writing before the agreed work begins. Additional work is discussed and agreed separately. GST, PST and third-party costs are separate. Peace Family Agreements provides advice and family agreement work out of court within Hailee's licensed scope. Solicitor-client privilege may not apply; Hailee explains this before engagement.
Everything is resolved. We only need the divorce.
If parenting, support and property are already dealt with in a signed agreement or an existing order, the divorce is the only thing left, and it is a much smaller job.
Uncontested or Joint Divorce
Filing and finalization, once you are eligible.
Best for couples whose material issues are already settled and who now need the divorce itself completed.

What is not included
- Negotiating parenting, child support or spousal support
- Negotiating property or debt division
- Preparing a separation agreement from unresolved facts

Your fixed fee is confirmed for the agreed scope in writing before work begins. Court fees and disbursements are separate. If it turns out something is still open, we tell you on the call rather than after you have paid.

- Is anything still open, or agreed only in conversation? If so, the agreement work comes first.

If the requested scope later changes, we explain the change and provide written pricing before any additional work begins.
